Shauna Mitru is a self taught flamework artist that creates each piece of jewelry by hand herself, from the beads to the silver work. Her work is playful & reflects the joy she feels in plying her trade.
Shauna teaches bead making classes & is the open studio instructor at the Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Shauna is a juried member of the Saskatchewan Craft Council and the International Society of Glass Beadmakers. She participates in local juried art shows and is in the transition of being featured in shops and galleries.
